Happy Holidays! As 2009 winds to a close, I'm proud to announce the addition of over 60 new images to the website! These photos represent the best of all my outings during this year. With the addition of these new photos, I'm also please to announce another addition to my website: true landscape prints. My website host (Smugmug) recently added Bay Photo as an optional print lab for use for print fulfillment. From personal experience I can say that I've been very pleased with the quality of prints ordered through Bay Photo (I used them even before it became an option here) and the availability of several landscape sizes made it an easy choice.

Happy Holidays! Far too long without an update but I do have some updates. New photos from two recent trips are now in the New Photos gallery. In addition, I've also started a blog. In it, I hope to bring some of the stories behind the photos as well as additional photos that may not make it to this website.
Finally, I'm happy to announce that my photo "Gray Day Reflected" has been selected for display in the Collective Visions Art Gallery 2009 Show located in Bremerton, Washington.

The spectacular fall colors here in the Pacific Northwest are starting to wind down but the nice displays still exist if you look for them. I have added some photos from a recent visit to an area I haven't explored previously on the north side of Mount Baker. Check them out!

I've just added many new photos of fall color taken from a trip up to Rainy Pass and the North Cascades Highway earlier this week. Fall is still ramping up but there were some spectacular displays of color if you looked closely!

Several new photos from two recent trips have been loaded into the New Photos gallery. Although my annual hiking trip was cut short due to weather, I managed to get several nice wildflower photos in the Pasayten Wilderness. In addition to those photos, I've also added a few photos from a recent hike on the north side of Mount Baker

A comment in the Guestbook suggested that I try some black & white photos. I've added a New Photo of the moon rising over the White River valley which is just that! While originally a color photo, the scene seemed to lend itself to a black & white representation.
