General Information
Prints ordered through my website are printed by SmugMug using a professional print lab. If you are unhappy with your print, SmugMug will reprint or refund your order (whichever you prefer). Simply email help@smugmug.com within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Processing and printing typically take 1-2 days and may take up to two full weeks to arrive. If your print has not arrived within two weeks, please email help@smugmug.com for assistance.
My prints are available in the following sizes: 5x7, 8x12, 11x14, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30, and 24x36. Due to changes in camera technology, not all sizes are available for each photograph. Panoramic prints must be ordered using the “No Crop” option at Checkout due to a current limitation with SmugMug. Once you receive your print, simply trim off the extra white space for your final print. Prints can be ordered in three different finishes:
| Matte- | These prints are the equivalent of traditional photographic prints and resist fingerprints well. |
| Gloss- | These prints are highly reflective and colors appear more reflective and vibrant. The downside of using gloss for prints is that fingerprints show up easily. |
| Lustre- | Prints with a luster finish combine the qualities of a Matte and Glossy print into one product. Lustre prints share the same finish as a glossy print but resist fingerprints like matte prints. Lustre prints also do not reflect a glare like glossy prints. (Note: Lustre prints are slightly more expensive) |
Pricing
My prints are priced two different ways: an introductory price and a standard price. Every photograph found in the “New Photos” Gallery will be available for sale at the introductory price for the first 60 days. After the initial period, the photograph will switch over to the standard price and move into one of the other photo galleries. Here are my current prices:
